Welcome Back!

Students sitting masked at distanced desks.
Our consultants had a great time at this week's squirrel-led SCRUM!

We’re Back!

We’re back… and better than ever! Our returning consultants are excited to work together again while our new (masked) faces are eager to see the inner-workings of MUPC. Although the semester looks a little different, our consultants are doing a wonderful job of staying masked and distanced in addition to utilizing platforms like Zoom to meet and interact with one another. With this new hybrid approach, we are developing our technical skills while still being able to meet and converse with one another, whether it’s on campus or in our homes!

So… Now What…?

Now that we’re back on campus, you may ask “What’s next?” While being masked up and safe, our consultants are working very hard to get new projects started and bring past projects up to speed. And though we miss our dear seniors, we have a couple of fresh, new faces that are eager to be working in MUPC! Our lovely new additions include Aubrey Stanton, Jake Vietti, Laura Atkinson, Marcos Fuentes, and Matthew Ranney. From Entrepreneurship to Management Information Systems, we are excited to welcome our new consultants from a variety of majors. We’re hoping these new additions provide insight from other majors as well as broaden the scope of MUPC’s horizons regarding services and skills development.

This Semester’s Stellar Goals

As we finished up the Spring semester last year, our consultants created a list of goals to work towards as this semester continues. Some of these goals include…

  • Carving out time for Technical or Business Workshops.
  • Fine tuning our Marketing efforts while thinking of MUPC as a long-term business, not just a semester-long student-run venture.
  • Look into other services we could possibly provide, given the influence of other majors.

With these goals in our minds from last semester, our consultants are ready to hit the ground running and make the most of this hybrid-formed semester!

We can’t wait to show you what we have planned for this semester, so make sure to keep an eye out for our next Blog Post and add us on Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter to see our latest #FTSF posts!
